For the moment, I have too much to do to do a full tutorial on my cosplay entry for 2018 at Salt Lake FanX, previously known as Salt Lake Comic Con. I made it onto stage and had a blast! Didn’t place, but the competition is fierce amongst the novice level here. If you haven’t placed or competed, no matter to how skilled you already are, you are put into novice. If you compete three times (getting onto stage and past the preliminary stage) then you can move onto Intermediate. Where people are still insanely talented, but at least there are less to compete against. We’ll see how I do with my next build since I’m now at that level.

But! This page is about Lady Tremaine. I was in a charity cosplay group, Heroic, and my friend encouraged me to do another Disney villain so we could play off of each other. She had the Evil Queen (Snow White), so I went for the villain that looked interesting and had no body paint involved. And so went my second adventure into crazy wigs.

Well, now onto the prettier pictures! I have since upgraded the back to lace closed instead of buttons, restyled the wig once, and probably other small tweaks.
