Harry Potter was huge when I was a teenager. And of course I know my Hogwarts house, even if I’ve forgotten most of the spells and a lot of the plot. But I was part of a cosplay group and thought doing a Hufflepuff student, mostly based on Nymphamore Tonks, would be a great idea.

I repurposed a black skirt, shoes, tights and white shirt. And I bought the tie, headband, scarf from the Hogwarts store in London when I took a trip there. And I found the vest on Amazon. I had already made a Hufflepuff robe for a friend, so I was familiar with the pattern and made my own. It is super warm, has incredible flow and also quite heavy. My shoulders were very tired after wearing it for more than an hour.
