I love the villains, apparently. I have made two different versions of Loki – the jumpsuit Variant from season 1 of Loki and President Loki.

I found a jumpsuit that looked similar, spliced in a jean shirt with it and used htv and heat press to do the TVA logo. I bought the horns from Uncle Jessy on Etsy and finished it myself. Masks were still required as conventions, so I made a matching mask. I had a friend resin print the smallest parts of the control collar and finished it.

In 2022, my friend was being the Ancient One, so I tried to figure out an easy Marvel costume I could do to match. As much as I love the universe, I honestly just don’t have many costumes from it. So, I chose President Loki. Pieced it together with things I already had – including the aforementioned horns – and bought a pin and green vest, borrowed my husband’s tie and suit pants, and I was good to go. I made sure to take as many presidential-esque pictures as I could. I shook hands with Jedi, Sith, Thor, Dr. Strange, General Grevious, Khonshu, Mando, Thor, and made sure to take selfies with every other Loki I found. And there were a lot! Best part? I got to wear sneakers!
